I am an expert in strategic communication, change management and gender equality and inclusion. By connecting these areas, I help companies and institutions not only build sustainable businesses, but also an environment where people can feel safe and respected. I teach inclusive and sustainable leadership at Mendel university in Brno. I am also a co-founder of Slovak Women Empower, an international association of Slovak women and men focused on supporting and empowering women in public life.
