Eva Primus Kovandová is the president of the organization Business & Professional Women CR, where she focuses on supporting women in business, promoting equal opportunities and economic empowerment of women in the Czech Republic.

For the ninth year she has been the director of the board of Chamber of Commerce for Prague 1. In this role, she is dedicated to developing the business environment, improving services for members and establishing strategic partnerships with institutions, ministries and major companies.

This year, she participated in the creation of the Women Who Move Business project, which was created in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and BPWCR.

She was at the birth of the Lady Club, a platform connecting female entrepreneurs and women in leadership positions and initiated the Prevention, Half Health conference, focused on wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle.

For 16 years, she has been operating a unique private accommodation in northern Bohemia, a place where families and groups can fully relax, enjoy absolute privacy and use the entire area for themselves. Get inspired by a story that shows that quality service and a friendly atmosphere create memories that last a lifetime.

Eva is known for her ability to build community, inspire women to grow and collaborate, and advance public debates. Her work is characterized by strategic thinking, sensitivity to reputational issues, the ability to connect diverse groups and high personal commitment.

For the fourth year, she has been co-owner of the traditional Restaurant U Provaznice, which was nominated for the prestigious Czech Goodwill award in 2024 – a title awarded to companies that the public values.

Her strong support is her family, her husband, and two daughters. In her free time, she devotes herself to her passion, horseback riding and her two dogs.
