About me

Lidija Kovařík was born in Croatia, where she worked as a lawyer. Fifteen years ago, she moved to the Czech Republic and began to fully devote herself to psychology, regional and tourist development, and management in the field of entertainment and tourism.

Today, she puts her rich experience to good use as the CEO of the interactive experience exhibition Pilsner Urquell: The Original Beer Experience, which under her leadership won the award for the best European beer experience of 2025 and subsequently also a world award from the World Travel Awards.

In addition to her professional career, Lidija is a successful life & business coach, a member of Mensa Czech Republic and the Association of Successful Women of the Republic of Croatia. She is the author of the motivational book We live the life of our dreams.

She is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the title of Czech Goodwill Personality of the Year, the special Hrvatska Domovnica award given to Croatians living abroad, the Croatian Women Award for successful entrepreneurship, and the CEO of the Year 2025 award in the field of tourism.

Topic: Life success: a guide to goals and awareness

This workshop will focus on key topics such as goal setting, managing the first steps, and recognizing emotions and feelings. Participants will be introduced to the laws of polarity, relativity, and vibration, and how to harness them for personal growth. Mind mapping will serve as a tool for organizing thoughts and developing consciousness. Furthermore, we will explore the role of the subconscious mind and its influence on our decisions. The goal is for each participant to achieve greater awareness and strengthen their entrepreneurial or managerial skills, creating harmony within the many roles we hold as women in the business world.
