Ljubica Kostic-Bukarica has more than 25 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. She is owner of agency M.A.S. CODE Ltd in the Podgorica, Montenegro. She implemented numerous of integrated marketing campaigns for commercial clients, Government, International (UNDP, GIZ, ReSPA, WYG International) and non-profit organizations. In recent years she has been engaged in campaigns of social importance (Be responsible. Grey economy 0%, SOS line for victims of domestic violence, Anti-corruption campaign, Antidiscrimination campaign etc.) and numerous EU funded projects as a Marketing, PR and Visibility Expert. Ljubica has great experience in drafting communication, media and advertising strategies.
Ljubica has more than 10 years of experience in development and implementation of trainings and mentoring programmes for SMEs and start-ups. She is one of the founder of Business counselling for women and young people in the municipality of Podgorica.

From 2008 to date Ljubica is a Guest Lecturer for Marketing Management and PR under Directorate for Development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (Ministry of Economy), Employment Agency of Montenegro, Adizes Institute Montenegro, Business Start Center (BSC) Bar, Montenegrin Employers’ Federation, Ministry of Economy.

She is active in the non-governmental sector as the President of Business Women Association of Montenegro. She works on improving of the environment for the development of women entrepreneurship in Montenegro and the region through affirmation of women in business, strengthening women’s busineses, entrepreneurship and leadership, linking business women on local, regional and international level.

One of the fouders of Balkan Women Coalition.

Before the establishment of the agency M.A.S. CODE Ljubica worked in the National TV service (RTCG) as an editor of commercial and entertainment shows, then in the agency McCann Erickson as a Media Manager.

Ljubica graduated at the Philology faculty, University of Belgrade and finished postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economy, University of Montenegro, Department of Marketing and Business.
