Kateřina Bičáková is the Manager of People & Culture Operations at the Kutná Hora manufacturing plant. She joined Philip Morris while still a university student and has held several roles within the People & Culture department over the past eight years.

She began her career in HR administration and gradually moved up to her current role as a business partner. Kateřina has extensive experience in both the manufacturing and commercial sectors, which allows her to connect business needs with people strategies.

During her career, she has participated in a number of significant projects focused on setting up HR processes, increasing efficiency and transforming the company.
