“Women IN: Leadership and Business” – how to strengthen the role of women as professional experts and workers and demonstrate in which direction businesses can develop today.
This workshop is a networking session designed to highlight the role of women in economics, society, science, and political life. This interactive team-based game encourages meaningful networking, strengthens motivation, and inspires participants to explore female role models and leadership pathways.
The board game consists of five rounds and helps to:
– promote the principles of gender equality and the development of women’s leadership;
– strengthen collaboration skills and build cohesive teamwork;
– foster stronger professional connections and peer support, enhancing team spirit in the era of social media and digital communication.
