Lucie Kvasničková Stanislavská is an associate professor in management at the Department of management and marketing at the Faculty of business economics at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. In her research and teaching activities, she has long focused on the areas of sustainable management, corporate social responsibility and ESG, which she connects with the analysis of communication on social media. She is the guarantor of the course Sustainable management and publishes her research results in international scientific journals.

At the Czech University of Life Sciences, she also newly works as vice-rector for internal affairs, where she is responsible, among other things, for the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan and the support of wellbeing in the work environment. In her presentation at the conference, she will focus on how the topic of gender pay gap is communicated on the social network X and what narratives appear in this online debate.
