Eva Malá Beluská
Country People and Culture Manager

Eva started her career at IKEA in 2004 as a business developer in the IKEA purchasing organization in Prague. After returning from maternity leave, she took on her first leadership role, becoming business development manager for the plastics and metals categories. She later took on new challenges, such as the positions of sustainability manager and executive director of IKEA purchasing services.
In 2020, Eva joined the IKEA retail organization as country business development and transformation manager, where she oversees the strategic development of sustainable growth, regional expansion and the transformation agenda.
Since 2025, Eva has held the position of country people and culture manager, where she focuses on supporting a positive organizational culture, managing employee relations and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic goals.
Eva graduated from the Faculty of education of West Bohemia university. During her working career, she completed an MBA and other leadership-focused programs.
Her passion is leadership, people development and business transformation. A true ambassador for women’s empowerment, Eva is married with one child, enjoys spending time with family and friends in the countryside, and enjoys sports and riding her Harley Davidson whenever possible.
