Kristina Komárková has been working at TV Nova since 2022. Her professional journey within the company has led through project management and business analysis to her current role as business architect. From this position, she participates in the design and structure of solutions that connect strategic business needs with technological possibilities, focusing on their long-term sustainability within the entire company ecosystem.

Currently she is mainly involved in the development of the Oneplay platform, which is the most important Czech service in the field of VOD content (online video libraries) and digital broadcasting. Her work includes a lot of practical content of technological projects, including the present, including practical AI content – for example, she is involved in the development of a personalization engine recommendation. She is a graduate of czech technical university and advocates the approach that modern technologies should primarily be a useful tool that brings concrete results and gives clear meaning to business and people.
