Her Excellency Theresa Adjei-Mensah is the 18 th Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to the Czech Republic with concurrent accreditation to the Slovak Republic, Romania, the Republic of North Macedonia, and the Republic of Poland. She officially presented her Letters of Credence to His Excellency Mr. Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic at the Prague Castle on 14th January, 2026 to assumed office.

Ambassador Adjei-Mensah brings extensive experience in public service, development engagement, and international cooperation. In her diplomatic role, she is committed to strengthening Ghana–Czech relations through economic diplomacy, promoting trade and investment partnerships, advancing educational and cultural exchanges, and supporting the Ghanaian diaspora across Central and Eastern Europe.

Her leadership continues to foster deeper cooperation between Ghana and the region while promoting Ghana’s values, culture, and development priorities on the international stage.

Before her current position, Ambassador Adjei-Mensah had built a career in the Public Service, development work, and international engagement, contributing to initiatives related to community development, policy implementation, and  international cooperation. Her professional experience includes work with development and social-impact organizations in Ghana, including roles linked to community empowerment initiatives.
