You don’t hate your job. You’re not burned out (at least not obviously). You’ve done really well.
And yet…
Something feels off.
You’re competent — but no longer curious. Successful — but not fully satisfied or fulfilled. Grateful — but restless… perhaps even a little resentful.
Feeling this way doesn’t make you ungrateful. But it might mean you’re at a threshold.
Something needs to change — but what?
My friend, let’s talk openly and honestly about this ‘peculiar’ stage of life when many of us realise that, in order to feel fully alive and at our best again (not only at work), something may need to shift.
In this small mentoring group, we’ll create space to explore:
* How to recognise early signals of misalignment
* The difference between temporary frustration and truly outgrowing your role
* How to start clarifying what your “next level” could look like
* First practical steps to move forward without burning it all down
Reaching a tipping point doesn’t automatically mean “burning it all down.” But it does mean something deserves your attention.
I’m deeply passionate about this topic — not only because I’ve reinvented myself more than once, but because I believe that when women are connected to their purpose, energy and inner spark, they don’t just transform their careers — they have the power to influence the world around them — something our fast-paced, often chaotic world truly needs right now.
This conversation is especially for you if:
* You’ve been thinking, “Is this it?”
* You can’t imagine doing this for three more years
* You feel capable of more — but unsure what “more” is
* You sense something needs to change, but you don’t want to act impulsively
If this speaks to you, I’d love to meet you and explore what might be next — and who you’re ready to become.
